The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Dispute Resolution: If you believe a bet result has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute through the account support system within 72 hours of the result being declared. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. All dispute decisions made by 3777 bet following a review of available data are final and binding.

RNG Games: All slot and non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The outcome of every game round is independent of all previous rounds. 3777 bet cooperates with financial institutions, payment processors, and law enforcement authorities in Bangladesh in the detection and reporting of fraudulent activity. Where criminal conduct is identified or suspected, 3777 bet will report the matter to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 3777 bet account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your nominated payment method following successful KYC verification. Bonus balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure.

Any remaining balance will not be forfeited below the minimum withdrawal threshold.
